There are some lovely walks from the cottages with mile upon mile of beautiful scenery to discover. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you require any advice regarding local paths and walks – there are also some books and info about these on the bookcase situated in the upstairs hall by the apartments.

Please remember while you are enjoying the countryside to close all gates behind you and to keep your dog on a lead and under close control while walking past livestock.

We would appreciate it if any fouling is cleared up immediately – if you need any poop bags please let us know. Owners are kindly asked not to allow pets in the following areas – playing field/ barbecue area and play park.

Please keep your dog under strict control at all times while in the property and grounds.

We aim to provide a really clean and fresh cottage for all our guests. To help us maintain this standard please never leave your pet unattended in the cottage (as they may become distressed alone in unfamiliar premises) and do not permit them on the furniture (please bring your pets bed/ basket for sleeping in) – particularly as some guests following in to a property which has had a pet in may be allergic to them.

We ask guests to note that any damage to the cottage and/ or its contents must be reported promptly and paid for before the cottage is vacated – thank you.
